Is the service free? Of course! All you need is a Google or Dropbox account and to grant Shop Tools permission to access your cloud to store the data in a spreadsheet. What are the minimum system requirements? All you need is a web browser, which can be one of the following: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer 10+. Where is the data stored? It is stored in a spreadsheet file that is also saved in your cloud storage unit, which in this case would be Google Drive or Dropbox. Is a backup copy of the generated data kept? No, the data belongs to you. We only store it for a few minutes on our servers in order to speed up the processing of the operations you perform. What business operations can I record? You can record purchases, sales, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, as well as inventory, customer, and supplier data. Can the data generated be exported? All records are saved in real time in a spreadsheet in your cloud storage unit, which you can download at any time. What cloud storage units can I connect? You can currently use Google Drive or Dropbox, but One Drive will be available soon. Do I need a special device for the barcode scanner functionality?
